How nomo handles data

Privacy Policy

Version of 8 September 2026

1. Controller and scope

The data controller is sole proprietor Konstantin Aleksandrovich Lysov, Russia. Controller details: https://nomo-ai.ru/en/details/. Contact: support@nomo-ai.ru. This Policy covers nomo-ai.ru and the nomo service and describes the processing of data about visitors, users and people contacting support.

2. Data and purposes

The service processes Telegram user ID, name, user-selected language, time zone, gender and communication settings; messages, voice recordings and transcripts; conversation history, preference notes and an operation log. Notes may be extracted automatically from conversations. This data enables request interpretation, conversational context, personalized responses and schedule management. Trial history, plan, subscription dates and feature usage are processed to manage access. Support requests include the request text and contact details supplied by the user.

3. Legal grounds

Processing necessary to provide features requested by the user is based on entering into and performing the service contract. Statutory obligations provide a separate legal ground. Where consent is required, it is requested separately. Reading this Policy does not itself provide that consent. Data is processed automatically; support requests and statutory requests may be reviewed by the controller's personnel.

4. Google Calendar

The user authorizes calendar access through Google OAuth. nomo obtains access to the list of available calendars and permission to read, create, modify and delete events within the granted permissions. Schedule features process calendar identifiers and names, event data, dates and times, time zones, descriptions and attendee information where present in accessible data. These features do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google contacts. Calendar data supports calendar requests, availability checks and personal schedule digests. Access and refresh tokens are stored to maintain the connection.

5. AI processing and sharing

To interpret a request, a language-model provider receives the message, relevant conversation history, user notes and calendar context. Audio may be sent to the model or a separate transcription provider. A message or event can itself contain names and other personal information; omitting a separate identifier does not make it anonymous. Telegram provides messaging and Google provides calendar functionality. A payment provider processes payments when the user purchases a subscription; its identity and terms are shown at checkout. The controller can access support requests. Data may be shared with processors for the disclosed features where the required legal ground exists.

6. Limits on Google data use

Use and transfer of information from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) and Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy (https://developers.google.com/workspace/workspace-api-user-data-developer-policy), including Limited Use. Google data is not intended for sale, advertising, credit assessment or training general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to cases permitted by those policies, including support agreed with the user, security and legal requirements.

7. Storage and deletion

nomo stores message history and transcripts, user notes, operation logs and connection data. Some event information can remain in conversation history, memory and operation logs; the main calendar remains in Google Calendar. Data must not be retained longer than needed for the disclosed purposes and legal obligations. Contact support@nomo-ai.ru to request deletion or clarify the applicable retention period. The "Forget everything" memory function removes notes and memory material, but does not delete the account or the entire message history. Deleting a Telegram conversation or blocking the bot does not itself delete data held by the controller.

8. Access controls and rights

You can revoke nomo's Google access in your account connections: https://myaccount.google.com/connections. This prevents new requests under the revoked authorization; it does not automatically delete data already stored by nomo or events in Google Calendar. Contact support@nomo-ai.ru to request deletion, correction, information about processing or withdrawal of consent. Include information that allows the request to be linked to your account. Requests are handled within statutory time limits; data may be retained if a legal ground continues to apply. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or seek a court remedy.

9. Website data

The website stores the selected language in browser local storage. Its application code contains no advertising analytics or tracking cookies. Server logs may record an IP address, time, requested page, referring page and browser information. These records support website operation and security. Browser settings can be used to remove local preferences.

10. Current version

The current English version is published at https://nomo-ai.ru/en/privacy/. Publishing an updated Policy does not replace renewed consent where a change of processing purposes or methods requires it. Questions about data processing can be sent to support@nomo-ai.ru.
