Terms of Service

1. General

Sole proprietor Konstantin Aleksandrovich Lysov (the Provider) offers the user (the User) a contract for access to nomo (the Service) on the following terms. Information about the Provider is available in the separate Legal details document at https://nomo-ai.ru/en/details/. Acceptance for the free trial occurs when the User starts it after reviewing these terms; acceptance for a paid subscription occurs upon payment for the selected plan. Browsing the website creates no obligation to pay. Consent to recurring charges is obtained separately.

2. Service and access

nomo is a personal scheduling assistant in Telegram. It helps create, view, reschedule and cancel Google Calendar events using text and voice messages. Internet access, Telegram and Google accounts and the User's permission to access their calendar are required. Access is provided remotely in Telegram after the free trial starts or payment is confirmed; no physical delivery is required. The Service informs the User of the start and end of the paid period. If access is unavailable after successful payment, contact support@nomo-ai.ru.

3. Plans and free trial

Prices are per user. Personal: 490 RUB for 1 month, 2,490 RUB for 6 months or 4,490 RUB for 12 months. It includes creating, rescheduling and cancelling events, recurring events and calendar reminders, conflict checks, schedule viewing, reading connected calendars and writing to one selected calendar, remembering recurring details and up to 400 messages per month. Pro: 990 RUB for 1 month, 4,990 RUB for 6 months or 8,990 RUB for 12 months. It additionally includes unlimited messages, writing to multiple calendars, moving events between calendars, a morning daily plan and an evening summary. These are the full prices for the selected periods; included features carry no additional charge. The free trial lasts 14 days, is available once and includes Pro features without linking a bank card or account. After the trial, payment is possible only after the User selects a plan themselves. Conditions for changing plans, any additional payment or credit and the transition date are disclosed before confirmation.

4. Ordering and payment

The User selects a plan and period, reviews the total amount and access and payment terms, and confirms the purchase. Payments are made in Russian rubles using a cashless method available on the payment page. Available methods and payment operator information are shown before payment is confirmed. The Provider supplies proof of payment as required by law. Please retain your payment confirmation. Do not send support your full card number, CVC/CVV, passwords or verification codes; enter payment details only on the designated payment page.

5. Auto-renewal and stopping charges

Auto-renewal applies only with the User's separate consent to recurring charges; the consent box is not preselected. The amount, frequency and cancellation method are disclosed before consent. With valid consent, the price of the next identical period is charged when the paid period ends; a notice is sent before each charge. The User may disable renewal and withdraw permission to use previously supplied card or account details through subscription management in the Service or by emailing support@nomo-ai.ru. Once the withdrawal is received, the Provider stops subsequent charges using those details. Re-enabling them requires new consent. Disabling renewal preserves access until the end of the paid period and does not itself terminate the contract early or request a refund. If payment for the next period fails or is absent, paid access ends when the current period expires.

6. Early termination and refunds

The User may terminate the contract early at any time by emailing support@nomo-ai.ru. A free-form email requesting termination and a refund of unused payment, with information sufficient to locate the subscription and payment, is sufficient. No paper application or reason is required. Unless the User specifies a later date, the contract and paid access end when the Provider receives the notice. Upon early termination, the amount paid is refunded after deducting the cost of access actually provided before termination and the Provider's documented expenses directly related to performing this User's contract and incurred before the termination notice was received, to the extent permitted by law. The cost of access provided is proportional to the elapsed part of the paid period and is based on the actual price paid, preserving the discount. Expenses already accounted for in the cost of access provided are not deducted again. The Provider supplies the calculation and supporting documents. No termination penalty or recalculation at a higher monthly rate applies. The free trial is excluded from the refund calculation. The Provider refunds the money within 10 calendar days of receiving the request, unless the law requires a shorter period. Refunds use the original payment method and card or account; if that is impossible, another lawful method is agreed with the User. Statutory remedies for defects or delays, including applicable refund and damages claims, remain available regardless of the duration of an outage.

7. Use and liability

Illegal activities, attempts to access other people's data and interference with the Service are prohibited. Access restrictions and termination initiated by the Provider are permitted only on grounds and under procedures allowed by law; they do not automatically result in retention of the full payment. Speech recognition and language models may make mistakes, so checking event dates, times, participants and other details is recommended. Service operation depends on Telegram, Google and internet connectivity. These characteristics do not remove the Provider's duty to deliver services of appropriate quality or limit either party's statutory liability.

8. Changes and disputes

The current version is published at https://nomo-ai.ru/en/terms/. New terms do not change an already paid period or the User's accrued rights. Changes to prices or other agreed terms of subsequent charges require notice and the User's consent before they apply; without consent, no charge is made on the new terms. Requests and complaints are accepted at support@nomo-ai.ru. Negotiation is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for court proceedings unless required by law. Russian law applies. Consumers retain the right to choose a court under applicable law, including at their place of residence or stay or the place where the contract was concluded or performed.
